This place is not as it's described, just got back from a week there nothing but complaining everyday, they offered a downgrade, the room was appalling, the food is horrible, none of these pictures give a true representation it's not a 3 star I wouldn't even give it a 1, do not book this hotel, they don't do anything If you complain, Stay Away don't waste your money

I don't understand how this is a 3 star hotel very bad go try it yourself this is 100% not a 3 star hotel old noisy rooms you hear everyting from other rooms i mean everything so no sleeping or relaxing or resting in here & food is like animal food not worth trying bad all in but food everyday from outside & it looked like some refugee camp with all this ukrainians & russians inside almost all. only location is good because of the beach in front that's it.

Hotel adequate to the price. Very old dated, very noisy, if you are 18-22 years old this is perfect for you, when you party all night and sleep during a day this hotel is for you! We have stayed 4 nights on the 7 th floor, views are amazing, food breakfast was very basic, not much choice unfortunately. To much noise and disturbance during night, walls are paper thin, you could hear everything what was going on in the hotel. No kettle in the room, we asked for one in the reception, they haven’t got it either ! On the second night we have an ants cr from the floor, we have reported it in the reception and it took them 2 days to deal with it! We definitely won’t go back to this hotel.

Stayed in a seaview room with my sister. Staff were welcoming & pleasant on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was clean although dated & beds comfortable. There was a flimsy adjoining door to the next room which we were not advised of on arrival, and it was only secured with a small slide bolt, and light from the room next door was visible all around the door frame nighttime. There was no telephone in the room so no way to contact reception had we needed to. It was obvious that a considerable amount of refugees were staying at the hotel but we found them to be respectful & courteous throughout our stay. It's a pity the hotel didn't offer them facilities such as a lounge with amenities so they didn't have to congregate on benches outside the hotel front during the day & late into the evenings as they probably didn't have monies to spend on recreation. Would we return? Only if we were assured a more modern seaview room with telephone.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Calella very old fashioned rooms they need updating the bathroom very basic and old the one good thing is the rooms are cleaned every day which is a bonus I will not be returning to this hotel any time soon

I would have like to have been informed prior to my booking that the hotel would be housing a large group of male guests during my stay. As a female I felt uncomfortable at times when large groups of young men gathered in the lobby and entrance to the hotel, it was intimidating having to walk through the groups. When I book a holiday I expect to feel safe and relaxed at my hotel, sadly I did not feel this way during my stay.

This hotel was perfect for Ironman, the location and early breakfast on race day was very much appreciated. However, upon our arrival we were greeted by refuges outside the hotel and in the hotel lobby, although they were no harm it felt rather intimidating when being stared at by 20-30 young men. Also, we were unable to use the sun beds at the pool as they were all taken up by the refugees. I would have liked to have been informed of this prior to booking as I would not chose to spend my holiday in a refugee camp.

Avoid this hotel at all costs as it was full of young male refugees which we had not been made aware of prior to our trip. I would not recommend this hotel for holiday. There was segregation at the pool and breakfast areas which I thought was disgusting.

Absolutely terrible hotel ..room was very small beds where camping pop up beds also the electric would blow if you put a iron on so couldn't use it the walls are so thin you can hear someone talking and snoring..food is absolutely awful wouldn't let my dog eat it ..the best thing was the view but have pay extra for it ..advertising and information about attractions there was none please read this review as I would highly recommend getting a different hotel and this one is absolutely terrible stay away
